I make up some exercises, I've made about 5-8 with my buddy and I. But most the time I just combine bulk and strength exercises to get a good overall look. Big, but lean.

My diet is very important to me.
Here is what I've had today from beginning to end.
8 am - Two scoops of Amp XXX mass from GNC (just got it first day taking it. 500 calories, 25 g of protein) 9 am - Slice of pizza (normally a peanut butter and jelly, with extra peanut butter) muscle milk. Total of 700 calories, with 30 g of protein. 10 am - Bag of peanuts (100 calories, and 10 g of protein) 11 am - Taco with a lot of grilled chicken, and extra cheese - About 500-1000 calories, with about 30 g of protein (made it home made, so idk). School lunch with mash potatoes, chicken balls, and corn. Fruit cup. Yogart. About a total of 2000 calories. who knows how much protein. Lets say... 50.
Skip to dinner at 7 pm. (worked out from 4 to 6:30)
Five peices of tri-tip. Two helpings of noodles with cream of chicken. Green beans, and a biscuit with jelly.
About 50 g of protein and about 1200 calories.
Then a muscle milk around 9. And a protein shake of Amp XXX mass before bed.
Diet is important.
3500 calories a day minimum.
Today I've gotten...
4500 calories 220 g of protein.

Would you mind posting or sending me a pm with your normal workout template/split? Your results are awesome and I'm tired of seeing all this bullshit on bodybuilding.com etc and trying to find the legit stuff. Thanks bro

good work man. just gotta work on that back now! haha.
Now that you've established a solid look, I would suggest (partly because I find it much more fun that "body building") real "strength training." what's the difference b/w body building and strength training (or big vs. strong)? Train movements in strength training, train body parts in body building. Deadlift, Squat, Clean, Push Press, Bench press, Snatch, tons of leg and back work, and GRIP STREGNTH. It really builds your confidence also, because you don't just look good, you can fucking wreck anybody in the world.
and no, I don't know that your already doing that...I'm sure you have incorporated at least some true strength training into your workouts from the results.
and great work ethic, looks like you really love the gym man. i was pumped when I finally first starting seeing results spring of my freshman year, and have been hooked ever since.
