Some of my best friends became that way after years of knowing them and soon they poisoned everything. Follow your feelings on this one, remember that is is only highschool, experminent, he wont lose his life over you dumping him, do what you want, and be proud of it.
On a side note, all guys are perverted, so our you girls, except the perversion for what it is. We all have a highly sexual nature, dont repress it, embrace it.

In my opinion, do what makes you happy. if your not happy with the current situation, dump him and forget him. If you need a new guy, get a new guy. Whatever makes you happy is whats most important and you shouldn't hesitate but rather go out and get it.

From reading your post, I think you already know what you really want to do. Don't be afraid of breaking up with him, I doubt you're gonna do what my ex did and cheat on me with some 26 year old coke addict and then blame the reason of their addiction (girl was addicted to oxy) to a drug (that I never knew about) on me. Anyway, that's another story, and an old one.
It sounds like you are staying in the relationship for him, not you. It's high school like someone else said, date some other guys! He had his time with you and overall sounds like he isn't doing his best for the relationship. Dump him.
