So there's this girl I'm interested in. She's pretty hot, but there's a slight problem: she kind of dislikes me. I was kind of mean to her in my more immature days, and now that I am interested, I have no idea what to do. Any ideas on how to change her dislike for me into something more beneficial?

I know where your coming from man and it's tough. The best way is to become friends with her friends. Your good rep with them and having them constantly talking about you will make it easier for her to see you've changed. Once you've talked to her somewhat probably man up and be like "I was an ass to you before, but this is a new beginning for us" type deal.
