Personally, I don't think we need mods on this forum and that's NOT a bad thing. We have a fairly good sized community, all working together. I know there has been a couple trolls and a few harsh arguments but nothing that has needed mod control.

The only thing we need is maybe a little direction. Mainly, it just seems like newcomers don't know what to do or where to go. The bad part is that this site gets abandoned by the experienced members.
