hey, this is the same girl i was talking to in the last thread named similar to this one

h-me and maddie got picked up by 19 yr olds and we were drinking and theyr supposed to drive us home now & ive been paranoid cuz we snuck out and im affraid were gonna get caught

m-are you at the 19 yearolds houses still?


h-im affraid that hes not gonna take us home
h-illl be fine ill call u when i get back to maddies

then she texts me saying that hes going to drive us but hes drunk, so im like "if hes that drunk dont get in the car ill find you a ride taylor" and shes like "we're already driving, hes driving alright"

so heres where i kinda put my cards on the table a little

me- "just in case you die tonight taylor, i think you are amazing, please get home safe."

her-"were almost back at maddies i wont die. thank you sam you are amazing as well, and we really need to hangout."



she calls me and we chat about her night and how fucked up it was, i tell her i gotta bounce because im about to pass out (its like 6 am at this point)

im pretty happy with the series of events of the night, primarily her final text, but i need help on how to proceed, should i just text her and after a bit of chit chat see if she wants to chill somewhere in town or something or what

Just for the future, you should stick this in a new post in your old thread instead of making a totally new one. Not sure if mod's can merge topics on this forum, but if they can that'd be great to do.

She wants to chill so chill. Try going to a cool hangout place in town. Hang out there with her for awhile and get the greetings out of the way, catch up with things, have a drink if you're going to a coffee or tea shop or something, and then bounce around the town. Go window shopping or something. Go and lead her on an epic adventure traipsing around town.

Alternatively, group a group of friends and invite her along. Go bowling or go out for pizza or something. Both of these choices should be simple and cheap. Pay attention to your friends and just bring her into the group. Don't be afraid to put your arm around her (shoulders at first, waist later), especially while having a good, involved conversation with your group.
