G'day. the title's pretty self explanatory. Has anyone read the book before? If so is any of it useful in high school?

Yes and yes. It's very good, the section on frats + sororities is useful but the rest is really good for your social game.

yeah but the book skips the part of social game. It assumes pretty much that you gona get the crazy friends that party all the time easily. Then it gives many gaming tricks that work very well in parties and I still use a few of them today.
Nice book but I find it pretty useless since all the things it teaches come along naturaly when you got a nice group of 10 party people as this automaticaly changes your personality. Talking by personal experience.
Read it tough, won't hurt

It says that social proof is key and has entire sections dedicated to widening your social circle and being the one that bridges gaps. It doesn't just "won't hurt" its fucking amazing. Its the first book i recommend newcomers read to intro them to highschool game. Very feasible, by far the best read to get you started in highschool game. READ IT. LIVE BY IT! -Contempt

What Contempt said.
The great part of CYC, It bridges the gap between the situations we would actually face, and what most of the PU books teach..
To anyones who's tried the routines of the PU books, i'm sure you've experienced a point where you realize it doesn't work.. the girls our age arent old enough to understand half of them, and you'll come off weird.
Thus why I love CYC, it doesn't preach about routines and stuff, its MUCH more natural : )

but it is also more about the social scene, you really need to focus on inner game as well. It takes both to get the girls.

The first 1/5 is his experiences if I remember correctly... He then explains how etc. Like the qualities of a 20% man... Did you even read the whole thing?

Its a greate book! It will be usefull in high school too. It tells you how you can start hangung out with more "party people" and how can you have more fun, by expanding your social circle.

Don't tell somebody it's not about social game if you haven't read every page or the prologue where it TELLS you it's his experiences first
