This girl ive been seeing recently has been telling me more and more lately.
She told me there is a guy at her school, who molested her for three months. He would overpower her and take her to the back of the library and have his way. She said she couldn't fight back.
(idk if shes 100% truthful, but still).
I dont know what I'm going to do. He stalks her, he switched schools to follow her. And the fact he did all this, PISSES ME OFF.
How should I fuck him up? Slash tires? Jump him?
The police HAVE been involved, and they said there was no evidence so they couldn't do anything.
What the fuck do I do?

Ask her friends. See what they say, if they say the same things, what they think of this guy. And, maybe, talk to the guy first. See what he says and try to read his reaction. You have be careful with this last one though, since your pissed at him (which you should be) it's easier to misread or misinterpret something.

The point was made about girls saying a lot of things... Could be true I hope not cause that's serious shit to be making up but I've had similar done to me (suicide and self injury bullshit that ended up being a huge guiltrip)
You gotta be careful on the assault charge area. If you confront him, it'd be preferable for him to hit you first if you can manage that. I'm not going to condone any illegal actions but he deserves an ass kicking for three months

Take it to the guy himself, even if he pisses you off.
Beating him up would only allow him to take action on you though.
Unfortunately, there is only so much you can do. Although you really could get her into something like boxing or TKD. Punch and or kick him in the balls. It would be quite awesome to behold.

This is why I feel sorry for girls. Fucks and cowards like this make me sick.
I dont have any knowledge of physically abusive relationships, so I cant really help you, but Ive helped girls out of plenty of mentally and emotionally abusive ones and the guy will either attack you or retreat from you if you bring it up to him. Confront the fuck.

As long as he isn't bleeding like a trauma victim your good in the legal sense, but feel the situation out before you take any action make sure its 100% true, don't do "pussy" shit and slash his tires thats just stupid no offense

You can easily see if the girl's bullshitting by telling her you're going to confront the guy.
Then she might be all "Wait!!! He'll lie! Don't trust anything he says! I'm right he's wrong!" shit like that.... then you know she's lying.
But if she's expressing some general worries then yeah she could be telling the truth.
Confront the guy, hear his story, compare it to the girl's. Only after you assess the situation smartly do what you want.

You have every right to be pissed, and any guy in your situation should be. However, those are the pussy way to do things. Confront him to his face, and beat his ass. Make sure it's the truth first, though. Assault charges are bad enough, but if you find out she was lying, you just got assault charges for nothing and look like an absolute tool.
