No one is telling you a molester should go unpunished. But the truth of the situation is that this problem has been newly brought to your attention. Have someone talk to him if you are too angry, and see if you cannot get a tell on him. I've seen others beat up the criminals only to go to jail themselves. You are going to look like the aggressor.
Bring it to the attention of her parents as well. It is probable she kept this to herself until she met you, someone she could trust. If she truly is right, then all the better.
To do anything aggressive at him at this point is overcompensating, really. Slashing his tires? Really? If you are serious about bagging this dude, how could this ever help? I know you are mad, and rightfully so, but seriously look at this with a clear mind while you possibly set up some protection for your girl (perhaps bodyguards). Better to be safe than sorry.
And tell the head of the school. Trust me, there is absolutely nothing else that a principal hates than these smudging controversies. Bad rep for school is anathema to them.
