Interesting Body Language Article

Hey guys - I know I haven't posted here in forever, sorry, I've been absurdly busy. But today I was looking through some articles at T-nation (a powerlifting/bodybuilding website) and I found one that I think can relate well to PUA and alpha-ness. check it out.

Nothing I didn't know, but fascinating all the same!

Kinda funny cause looking at this, I now realize that my AP environmental science-- who is awesomely crazy and insane, loud, fun, random, ect.-- will always go into high power poses before he randomly does something funny or impressive. Science at work, for all the PUA nerdlets!

Only a small bit of advice here really, but I was once told that a good way to get yourself looking alpha if it was something you struggled with in your body language was to pretend you'd just won the lottery and were now a billionaire.
It surprisingly works quite well for such a small piece of advice but it made me look alpha, without me even having to do too much
