My own urine. Is it necessary for me to drink my own urine? No! But I do it anyway, cause it's sterile and I like the taste.

Diet is hard. I think it is all about balance, myself, & I don't eliminate anything. But I think a person cannot go wrong eating lots of fruits & vegetables. I am a smoker so I attempt to eat the fruits that are high in C. I think fruits & vegetables do more nice for ones body than supplements, but that is me!

Well for breakfast right now I'm eating a mass gainer/protein shake. 4 eggs (usually more on a day that I got to the gym) and a bagel w/ cream cheese. That's average. After workout I go to tim hortons and get a breakfast sandwich and a coffee and a chocolate milk. Lunch is from the cafeteria which is run by a private catering company so it's always really good. Usually pasta and chicken or grilled cheese and fries. Supper can be whatever my mom makes lol in copious amounts. Plus throughout there is usually some snacks like cookies, fruit, veggies, pretzels, pop (soda for the Americans) or whatever I feel like. That's my average day but I don't worry to much as long as there us lots of calories and protein. Eating eggs too often is never a good idea. Especially since they are extremely high in cholesterol.

I thought cholesterol in food was irrelevant though, since your body just makes its own cholesterol?

Fast food is considered bad to us because it often contains trans fat. These are mostly man-made trans fats from vegetable fat, can become a real health risk. In addition, they raise bad cholesterol while lowering good cholesterol, and increase the risk of developing both diabetes and cardiovascular disease.

Bread for normal healing, because it is bargain and simple to make. Cakes/cooked pork chops for continued journeys, because they give more hearts per slot.

Two pb and jays. Bag of nuts Protein shake Fruit cup Banana Cookies Water
Id eat that, one part every period, and then get a school lunch. By the time school was out I had over 2500 calories, ate snacks at home, dinner, dessert, over 3500 every day.

Just finished a workout, about to eat a wild blue rare moose steak, a head of lettuce, and A shake made with buttermilk, whey, golden apples and some banana, this is my usual routine.
