I was invited to play basketball this weekend, and while it is a good way for me to start socializing outside of school, I'm not sure if I should go. I have a health condition where I have a low number of platelets, and if I get hit/cut seriously, I probably couldn't stop the blood for a while/ at all on my own...
Do I go?

Don't you think your doctor would be able to answer this question better than any of us? I don't mean to be a dick, but I don't think any of us are very well medically trained
But if you want to know my answer, i'd say to go. carpe diem! any of us could die at any time, so just live your life bro

... Ask your doctor. Ask me in 6 or so years and I'll hook you up with that answer

If your not good or coordinated than I would say not, but if you are go because I play several times a week and the worst I got was a severally sprained ankle last year But you shouldn't bleed unless you fall down and scrape your leg or something
