How bad is it for you, actually?
For weight loss?
The only cons that I know of is that you need to drink more water/ consume more calcium because the caffeine sort of blocks those vitamins.
I also have trouble falling asleep, but it is definitely worth it when I have to pull an all nighter studying

Meh, not terrible. As long as it's in moderation, caffeine is a well known substance. Look it up on a scientific website, were pick up artists not doctors

Eat Apples instead of drinking Coffee. It has the *exact same* effect and is healthy. I think it actually has natural caffeine.
That's about all I know on the subject...

caffiene is a drug which causes your brain to produce adrenaline. Its not particularly good for you, but its not that bad. If you want better sleeping cycles, dont use caffeine.

They put Tim Hortons in some states. If there's one near you, get there coffee. It's godly. I like my one sugar one cream, but if you say double double (2 of each) they should be mad impressed. It's our slang lol

I like to drink coffee because It is really good in taste. I always drink two cup a day. It is good for health. Coffee increase our immunity system as well as change mood. It is good for refreshment.

I really don't think it is that healthy but not detremental to your health. I heard it stunts growth and turns your teeth yellow

Coffee is NOT bad for you. With that being said, having like a dunkin donuts "Large Carmel Swirl extra extra (extra cream extra sugar)" is not good for you, ya i drink it once in a blue moon because its fucking delicious but its the sugar and cream thats bad for you. Yes coffee will keep you up but not unless you drink it at like 5 p.m. or later when it's closer to the time you sleep. If you drink tons of coffee and hardly brush your teeth than yes it can yellow your teeth but that doesn't happen after 1 cup. On the positive side, coffee speeds up your metabolism because of the high caffeine levels. So with that being said, if you or anyone happens to take a Fat Burner (thermogenic) for working out then I do not recommend drinking coffee because it will skyrocket the caffeine levels in your system which is unnecessary and can do more damage than good. Coffee is fine to drink, it is best to drink black because there isn't all that added sugar. But if your not a weight lifter or really focused on nutrition then drink it just don't go overboard. Try having less sugar and like milk instead of cream which tastes the same if not better to me.

I know if you drink it around the same time you injest vitamin c it dissolves the vitamin c and it dosnt go to your body

Coffee is one of my favorite drink.I like to drink different flavor in the coffee.Coffee is one of my favorite drink.When i feel stress that time i like to drink coffee.It help to reduce stress and depression from mind.
