random girls in public?

So during the summer i'm probaby going to be spending a lot of time at my dads house and at the little cottage he has on a lake. now i know a few peopl around there so ill be hanging with them, but i was wondering what are some good ways to approach random girls out at the lake or the mall or something without coming off as creepy?

Ask them if they know any hidden tourist attractions. That'll get them interested in why you're looking for it, if you're not from the area, or where you're from. And you might just get them to take you, or just find some really good spots and some stories.
