How to stop the overthinking?

Yeah coz chicks are social conditioned, so they'll call you out on being a creep, asshole, weirdo. The aim isn't to go in set and be awkward, say you go up to her and just say hi. Your present in that moment and nothings going through your head that's when things start to flow, you don't fill the silence was bullshit, overtime you will realize you don't need to open sets with full force or with magic lines, you break down the ego.. Also when you in set and it does get awkward and your chill with it, it shows you are centered and don't ping off reactions in interactions to do something. We as growing men/ guys don't live in social tension, if you do the external stuff will start to get to you and that's when you start to over think things. All of this just takes practice, I remember a 5 set of chicks last year. I went to the hottest one smiled and looked dead in her eyes never said a thing. She stared at me for a while thought I was a creep and left. Its shit but its gotta get done

It's easy to say just have fun and don't overthink it,but if you're a beginner, it still doesn't give you an idea of what to say. When you're just socializing you should always be carefree, unreactive, and fun. If you are approaching a girl and don't know what to say, try memorizing some canned openers and just stack, which will get you in a more social mood and you can turn things natural from there if you choose. You shouldn't always be in pickup mode. Don't even call it pickup mode. You are out to have fun, meet new people, improve your social circles. Peer Group Building is very important as opposed to multiple cold approaches. If you have a carefree, I don't give a fuck, fun attitude, other people pick up on that and it helps you vibe with people and build your social circle which will give you the opportunity to meet more girls.

in your last example, your admitting the hot girl thought you were a creep and left. Thats not a good way to pickup chicks in my opinion haha

^^ lol i think everybody's giving u shit cause u havent read 60 years of challenge. I'm almost through the first book (its 1 ebook spliced into 4) it talks about opening and shit. If u read that you will kno what there talking about. believe me i avoided akward scilences like the plauge but now i kinda live in 'em

to stop overthinking you have to know what you're doing. I think this forum wants to change AFCs to naturals to quickly without letting them internalize anything at all, they just end up creeps with a lot of confidence, or arrogance whatever you wanna call it.

Yessir! "60 Years" helps so much. Brad P even said that it is better to get blown out in the opener than to spend more time and then the chick eventually rejects you. If the girl thinks that you are a creep, GREAT! move on. She obviously doesn't know how interesting you are so don't give her a chance. Move on because their are other hot girls that will give you a chance.

see, the thing with me and girls so far is that i get very attached. i start overthinking at that point, for i have nothing to converse upon nor anything to do. bear in mind i am talking of a church girl here, but still. i feel awkward in the silence.
