Sometimes when I make out with girls, they grow feelings for me and ask "Do you like/love me?" I want to make out with them as flirty friends or become F-buddies, but I can't lie to them and lead them on when I know I'll be kissing someone else within a week. What can I say to this so that she'll still make out with me without me having feelings for her?

yes to do you like me doesn't mean anything
too soon to tell makes her feel like you are answering when you aren't
