If you've read my introducing thing, you'll probably know I'm chubby and getting moreso every week. I have just gotten EXTREMELY lazy the past 2-3 months. Right now I'm hovering around 155~160 and i'm only 5'6". The crazy thing was, just the beginning of February, I finished the wrestling season having wrestled at 135 lbs. People have been commenting and I've been making some random (yet funny) excuses. I think the thing that got me in shape for wrestling season ( I started the season at around 157) was that the coach was always going hard on my ass (no homo). I wish I had a drill sergeant or some shit like that to get my ass back into gear. What would you reccomend to me besides just using more self discipline? If self-discipline is the only thing that can help me, how can I develop more of it?
Please help, I feel as if my weight is affecting my confidence around the ladies.

Mate you can actually start off by jogging every 2 - 3 days around your neighbourhood or wherever you live. A good 30 minutes of jogging is fine and make sure you do it after school. Because I find that my mind is still willing to do stuff and when I get home the whole feeling just dies. So when you get home change into some comfortable clothes for jogging; t-shirt and shorts.
And I if you're probably thinking that people are gonna laugh at you for jogging cuz your "fat" then DON'T THINK IT. You know what other people think in their head about people that jog?
"That guy's jogging... Back to my walking/driving/whatever..." "Yeah, run fatty, run!" "I really got to jog man, I'm really letting myself go" "Meh..."
People have different attitudes to people who jog. And plus they're not going to laugh at you for jogging because you want to look after yourself or exercising. I dunno about you guys there in the US but here in Australia, especially where I live, jogging is pretty big. Everyday I see lots of people who jog, even old people and no-one judges.

^I'm not implying that I know a lot but I wouldn't go that far into any sport just yet. I mean if you join any sport you need to have at least a decent "base" fitness level which you can work up from. Otherwise the effort would have been pointless in joining that sport.
Imagine, joining basketball. Sure you can shoot, train and work your muscles but the fat will still be there. You're just working your muscles. No one would know whether you actually gained muscle, you'd just be a chubby guy with muscles. I mean I've seen a fat guy with abs (for real) but that doesn't look aesthetically pleasing IMO. But that's a whole 'nother story.
Lose Weight---->Train Muscles---->Tone Muscles
Eat right and do Calisthenics first before going to a gym if you so choose.
PEACE

^that is completely wrong dude. He should join a physical sport that he enjoys, be it rugby, soccer, basketball, waterpolo etc. All these sports run on the basis that the fitter you are, the more you enjoy the activity. This will be motivation man. Also get in the gym! I can completely relate, I used to be a fat shit with no motivation. I'd give up without even trying but now I've changed that completely. I find there's no better motivation than after working out, seeing the results. Seeing those first inches come off your waist and being able to bench more is fucking awesome. The more fat you lose and more muscle you gain, you feel completely awesome. Now I look in the mirror and I think "my work really has paid out. I'm slim and muscular and I'm fucking good looking" and it's a win/win; the more you work out, the better you look and the better you look, the more you workout. You'll see results far faster from playing something like basketball and hitting the gym than you will from jogging. By jogging your essentially just burning fat and not increasing muscle mass or size. Yes losing fat is the aim but if you've got nothing underneath it, what's the point? By playing a sport you'll be doing some solid cardio work and because you're enjoying yourself you'll probably exercise far more; by hitting the gym you'll build up your muscles. Muscles are your body's fat burning furnaces.
Now combine all this with a good diet (high protein, low-medium carbs) and youre going to succeed in your goals. Cut out all the shitty food as well. Don't expect the change over night but keep working hard and the changes will come, motivating you further.
I'm off to the gym right now DanZy

Yeah man you gotta suck it up at first and start some cardio or working out or preferably both. Once you start it's 10x easier to keep going. You probably noticed that in wrestling too. There's no easy way, it's all up to you taking action.

Thanks for the help guys. You helped merealize what got me in shape during wrestling: just doing it. I remember throwing up after every other practice the first few weeks, and I really debated quiting, but I stuck threw and lost a lot of weight because it became something I enjoyed (the actual wrestling part, not the losing wight). Man I'm so fired up now! I would go for a jog if my ankle wasn't sprained lol

Start with the Call of Duty workout. Play search and destroy, every time you die you alternate between push ups and sit ups until its a new round. Fight with pistols only.

Dude you just gotta man up, look at yourself in the mirror and think, "can I do better". That was my motivation, I was tired of being in decent shape, I never had like fat rolls or anything but I wasn't too strong or anything. Now I'm working on the minimal amount of stomach fat I have so I can have a 6-pack. I have all the muscles for it and I'm getting a lot more muscular and I can't wait to get the supplements my best friend who is a regional champ wrestler recommended to me. Get a gym membership go with a friend or alone (if you go alone you will be more productive but a friend will encourage you to finish your sets). Like me, I love the gym now and I try to go everyday for at least 2 hours of lifting than about 1-2 for basketball. You need to just strive to be better, bring out the best in you and you don't have to brag to people or anything because they notice the progression in your physical appearance.
P.S. I never read but on my 16th birthday my grandmother got me this book called LL Cool J's Platinum 360. It has 3 sections: Mental aspect, Workout (I use my own workout but there are good tips and I have adapted a few of the exercises), Diet& Nutrition. This book not only motivated me to go to the gym more so than I was already motivated but I actually transferred schools because I wanted to lead a better life, even though I was extremely popular at my old school and had it so easy (which I am very popular at my new one too). Hopefully you go to the gym and change your life for the better because none of us can do anything it's up to you to get up and make a change.

Stop being a bitch and just do it. Get in the gym and work hard, theres nothing that we can tell you to do it. You have to want it yourself.
