Missions are the best way to start. Get off your fuckin ass and do some work.
If you want more theory I like Real World Seduction by Swingcat. Plus the basics like DYD, Magic bullets, etc.

Learn the M3 model, learn swinggcat's stuff and learn David D.
Mix all 3 into your own style. it's what every experienced PUA is doing.

Hey man =)! Welcome to the game haha. I think everyone here knows I'm a natural game boy lol, but it's really life changing stuff so you should definitely give it a go mate. Stuff to look at:
Attraction Code by Vin DiCarlo
Conquer Your Campus by
Flawless Natural by Tim
ENLIGHTENED SEDUCTION BY ZAN (DEFINITELY GET THIS)
Pickup Podcast by AJ and Jordan (specifically the stuff they have on value, its absolute gold)
That's a lot of material. Don't get it all at once, start with Conquer Your Campus or Attraction Code and pop Pickup Podcast on your iPod. Once you've got what's basically going on, get either Flawless Natural or Enlightened Seduction. Preferably Enlightened seduction. Hope I didn't overload you with information there buddy. Remember, for every minute you spend on theory you should spend 2 on practice. =D
