•They(popular people) rule their campus not because they're smooth, but because they're social.
•During welcome week, theyre throwing themselves into any activity they can find, having a blast and getting conected
•Preselection: very important. Something u demonstrate with ur actions and personality traits, not ur words.
•Remember that your reality is only as dominant as u let it be.
*you can be labeled an oddball if u: obsess over a girl/stalk her. Or if u act like you are better or worse than anyone else.
•Always be bigger than the world you're in. the bigger ur world becomes, the stronger u become.
•Start making choices about what u want in ur life.
•Commit yourself to YOUR priorities in life.
•Be the guy you want to be around
•A bridge is a guy who easily connects with and is friends with a lot of girls. The best way 2 b one is get a gf with many cute friends.
•Stop truly caring what women think, start to communicate that you have options.

°Fun: college is a time for smiling and enjoying yourself. Push beyond your comfort zone. Take risks. Think 'how can I have more fun'. Only seek to put a smile on YOUR face. Avoid being reaction seeking.
°Dominant: you do what you want. Be assertive and confident about what you want from others. Avoid being apologetic. Have strong body language with ur head held high and your shoulders back. Have a sense of who you are and lead where you want to go. Get comfortable touching people. ALWAYS GET PHYSICAL WITH WOMEN. A dominant man wont make things easy for a women. Challenge her conversationally, making her know u have standards. Ask her screening questions. Stand up to those who challenge you. Dominant is walking up and starting a conversation. Never back down when you want to get your way.
°Leader: take the initiative. Come up with the cool stuff to do. Take responsibility for ur own life and own good time and bring as many people with you as you can. When you take the lead, it forces you to become more social. When you are the leader, you are the one responsible for making your own days and nights.
°Easygoing: have fun in ur own way. Never be overly concerned about anything. Have the confidence to know that things will be ok. Accept a situation first, then you can change it.

-Start talking to people during the day. Share good vibes. You're always partying. Go out of ur way to be social. Try to get groups together to eat lunch. Give love during the day. Always ask interesting questions in class and get teachers off topic. Find and add people to your life who add to the reality you want to live in.
