I have been contemplating on what type of person I'd like to be and I've come to the conclusion that I would like to be a Leader. I have been following somebody else's lead all my life. Always afraid to go first or to set the standard or lead. If I did not have re assurance I would take every step with uncertainty. I want that to change.
I'm not asking how to become a leader I'm asking for your definitions of a leader. What qualities does he have. What type of aura does he give off.

I feel like a leader has a vision, similar to a CEO, and he inspires people to fulfill that vision. He has his own unique voice, and i think he deeply does care about what others think, not in the superficial level, but he needs to empathize with his followers. Similar to the Alpha vs the Lone wolf. The Alpha has to make executive decisions for the good of his pack, while the Lone has no fucks to give about anyone but himself. I feel like the word Alpha has been misconstrued in the Pickup world as having the characteristics of the Lone wolf. But a Leader's ability to lead is all about making decisions, being the mediator, and taking initiative, at least in my eyes. He must have a stronger conviction, identity, and confidence level amongst those who follow him. He must build trust in his followers, that goes both ways. He sacrifices his own views a lot of the time for those that he follows. So it's a huge, huge responsibility. While people who give no fucks are far and few, so are those who would be considered leaders.
