You should learn meditation, meditation is a great way to relieve anxiety, and to help you to become more calm and to give you better control over your emotions. Start by just inhaling and exhaling deeply. Try not to think of anything, but if any thoughts come up, simply let them come and go. On the first inhale count it as "1", 1st exhale "2", 2nd inhale "3", 2nd exhale "4", and continue until you get to the last exhale which would be ten. Then go back to 1 and repeat for about 5-10 minutes. If you continue this practice for 1-2 times a day, overtime, i guarantee you'll become a calmer and happier person. I'm recently getting back into this to help with my AA, for when i used to meditate a lot, i had no anxiety, and i would talk to people, but i was too nice and i didn't try to be funny, but now i'm very confident in my humor but i don't really start convos, so i'm gonna meditate again and combine the two.

Eckhart Tolle-The Power of Now. Good shit. I've got the audio version of the book, and let me tell you. I used to be seriously pissed almost 100% of the time. I used to walk around shoving people and trying to pick fights. I also had clinical depression. 2 weeks after listening to that, i learned to control my anger. I still have my depressed bouts, but they're getting better, and who doesn't have them every once in a while?
Ah, good memories. But really, i think you might be able to find it on limewire or something like that. I'm pretty sure its on isohunt (am I allowed to say that here?). Its about 7 hours, so make it a weekend project. It works best to listen to it all the way through.

that story was awesome, i even found myself rooting for you to pummel that nob head.
Nobodies perfect, i would have done much worse than you, and probably got in a lot of trouble, and while i'm sure this reply is far too late for you to care, you've still gone up in my books for not taking shit.

The Power of Now is a great book if you think you need help on your inner game, or if you just want to be a happier person. It definitely changed the way I think about a lot of things in my life. I never worry about huge tests in school anymore either.
