I'm trying to tone my upper body, abs, and arms. Especially my upper chest, so I can *not* look like a faggot in these new V-necks I just bought (which turned out to be a lot deeper than I thought, and that shit doesn't look good with a flat chest) But the thing is I have no weights, not even dumbbells, just a pair of Perfect Pushups and an Iron Gym. So I've been doing varieties of pushups and pullups every few days as my workout routine, here's my progress so far: Yeah, not that awesome so far. So what do you guys think are some of the best exercises for adding some more bulk and getting more definition in my muscles, (especially my chest [ESPECIALLY the upper region]) from just bodyweight exercises? I don't have much time for working out so I do what I can. I've been thinking of doing this fitnessblackbook.com/body-weight-training/make-body-weight-exercises-challenging-without-doing-high-reps/(^I fucking love that site btw ;D) But idk, it doesn't seem to make it any harder for me.

Do a pushup pyramid. 1 pushup, rest at the top of the pushup position for 5 seconds, 2 pushups, the same rest for 5 seconds, 3 pushups, rest at the top for 5 seconds.....and keep doing that until you get to 10 pushups and then do the same thing counting down. You might want to go up to a number less than 10 though, because i bench 220 and can barely do the entire pyramid, but it should build you mass faster than just regular pushups would
