Hey boys, I just recently started the 100 push up, 200 sit up, 20 pull up, and 200 squat challenge. I have been doing them for about a week and feel really good results (both in terms of strength and looks) so if anyone is looking for a good body weight fitness routine this is the one. Just make sure to balance them e.g. don't only do one challenge (like pushups) because it will imbalance your muscle groups (pull your shoulders forward, triceps larger than biceps et c.) If you want an intense muscle building workout that will give you an EXTREME challenge then try this www.menshealth.com/fitness/muscle-building-11 The 300 workout, personally I suck at pull-ups even though i am very strong so I'm gonna have a tough time with that once I try this workout. I wanna have a friend try and do it with me at the gym tomorrow, give it a try if you want.
