Neither, i dont think about that. You can show interest or disinterest whenever you want depending on your style of game or the girl. Just do you what you want, stop overthinking. If your constantly thinking "what should i be doing to create comfort right now", "How should i open this girl" etc your never going to get out of your head and be able to make a move. Go out, and try to have fun. Nothing else.

Anyways I pretty much have interest going the whole pickup once I pass A2, Comfort is a great time for her to become comfortable with the notion she is going to sleep with you.

Because, speaking from my personal history, we were fucking pussies who didn't know how to have a good time cause we had no concept of being a man. We thought women were these different species that only want sex for reproduction purposes and that it is bad if we try to be sexual in any way shape or form.
Once you grasp that, women and men alike will flock to you. After that it's up to you to build those relationships. Seriously, until you actually understand having fun (which you clearly don't) you will understand.
PUA is just a further extension of becoming better although it's essentially irrelevant until you DON'T GIVE A SHIT and HAVE FUN

When the fuck did they add numbers to C? I thought it was just C1 then Sex. Fucking Mystery Method, always adding numbers and letters.
