I think all of these are spot on.
They're beta behaviours, but only when they're being done by someone who's beta, beta guys do these ALL THE TIME, and they tend to do all of them. That's what it means, for example
if a beta guy talks to a girl he will - lack eye contact, lack touching, look down/side, say err/umm, and be hunched over. That's what the article means.
You can be alpha and still show these behaviours because they're natural behaviours, it doesn't make you beta, but when a beta guy does them it makes him even more lame.
