Anybody try it? Seems like a load of shit to me but if it gives half the results it promises I'd be pumped.

My body builder stepfather said that the diet and supplements in the geek to freak can have similar results, but they wont be as intense because the guy had muscle memory and was probably using dehydration techniques. I'm trying it over the next month and I'll let you know how it turns out.
EDIT:, the 4hour body is a compilation of different body hacks, so some of them are fairly accurate, and some of them smell like bullshit.

I just got the book and I am going to try the weight loss part of it, seems legitimate to me, some of the stuff seems a little sketchy but a lot of it seems real enough to me, I just picked up 3 of the 5 weight loss supps (supplements he recommendse in the weight loss section of the book) but I still need to get the other two, I bought the tea and the food, and I started doing the Slow carb diet and the ice baths so I will let you know how this turns out, I am already losing some weight, just a few pounds (4lb) but that could just be from daily loss and water. I am 6ft and 205 lbs and I am hoping to drop down to 185-190 pounds.
I will definitely keep posting to let you know progress and I will be doing the muscle gain one afterwards, I will post a new thread eventually.
And prodigy, the guy that ended up putting on like 65 lbs did bulk down before hand he explains that in the book, and the workouts the guy did would kill the average chump, but the one that the author did (tim ferriss) seemed to be more about the timing you work out and resting to maximize your results, It also seems to be about the strategic calorie spiking. I would definitely pick up the book, its worth a read through even just to learn how to run farther and lift more.

Hey man, I don't know you and I know you are new so I can't judge how well you know fitness and stuff but 5 weight loss supplements is a lot. I don't know what this workout is since I stick to my own shit but make sure you know what you are doing and not trusting some wanna-be fitness buff. I say that because a lot of the weightloss supplements are fat-burners and such which mostly speed up your metabolism and some curve your appetite. Taking 5 seems seriously unhealthy since most people only take 1 if that. Just learn about what you are going to be doing before you start this workout. Some people who want to get in shape can get drawn in very easily by thinking this one person has the golden key to help them and don't take the time to step back and actually look at anything that might be a problem inflicting their body.

read the book jmac, they're not all weight loss supps, most of them aren't actually, most of the weight loss occurs with diet change and working out.

GNC is terribly overpriced with a lot of items but if you don't want to order online or don't know where else to go, it will probably have all that you need.

Small town outside of Edmonton Jeremyr. I'm hoping superstore has them, I don't want to drive 45 minutes to get them
