It's the past, you can't change it. You can either let all that burden way you down or shake it off and stand back up to live another day. Fuck the past, the first girl to make you want to break down, the best friend who betrayed your trust, missing the game winning shot in basketball. It is all behind you, don't let your mistakes weigh you down, let them create a fire in you to become better, stronger, smarter. Learn from it and with all the times you get back up you will be better, stronger, and smarter. Let that define YOU.

I think it's amazing he would rather stay in prison rather than admit to a crime he didn't commit. And forgive them after. That's a true man. See the best in anything, negatives won't get you anywhere.
