Yeah man incline will help alot because if your upper chest is bigger you look bigger in general. I do flyes in the incline position also Best shit ever Agreed. I can't do it every workout since it's just too exhausting on my muscles, but what i like to do is superset those 2 exercises. I'll start off with 10 incline flyes and then go right into 10 incline press. Do 2-3 sets of this and you'll see what i mean

Hit your triceps hard and you'll be able to bench a good lot more. Throw in pull ups and you're golden That wouldn't increase his bench by a lot unless his tries become absolutely jacked because tries are more of a secondary muscle when benching, if that. Unless he does close-grip barbell press which is specifically for tries but he is referring to a chest bench press.. fyi It's a known fact that triceps play a major role bench. It's a compound exercise and thus works a lot more than chest. Hitting a plateau in bench? Your triceps probably aren't strong enough

But also with your legs comment, you want to have a well rounded physique. Don't be the guy at the gym with the big arms and toothpick legs because then you look like you're on roids haha theres a guy at my gym exactly like that. You want the blood flowing throughout your body and there's a good amount of leg workouts that can help your core.

My new workout is a 4-day split. 2 days of it are Chest, Back, and Arms and the other 2 days are Legs and shoulders.

Triceps help too but to a lesser extent unless you use a narrow grip
