My girlfriend tells me she can't really see my love for her because i havnt done anything out of the ordinary. she says i need to surprise her do something that will really shoud my love for her and make her heart skip a beat.
i find the hardest part of this being that i don't have my g2 so i can't take her anywhere really...
you guys got any ideas of what i should do to really surprise her?
i think the best time would be on her b-day which is at the end of august, also by then i will have a car. Any ideas what i could get her for her b-day that would show my love for her, you know just something in general that girls love.

I'm sorry mate but I think this is needed, your girlfriend is a WHORE. Now don't be offended let me explain.
1) You had to ask her to go public. Normal relationships are public. I don't understand this girls motives at all but she's fucking you around and not in the good way.
2) She told you that you've yet to "prove" your love for her, what utter bullshit is that!? How exactly were you meant to do anything without it being public in the first place? Quite honestly you shouldn't have to prove your love for someone ever. That's like the people who go pray, donate money etc and then announce it to the world. There's no point in it. If you love her, you love her; no proof is needed.
3) Has she done anything for you? Has she "proven" her love for you? If not, how exactly can she ask for you to do something for her? Double standards to the max.
Sorry for being such an asshole dude but to me that's the honest truth. Love isn't something you prove, you just appreciate that the person cares for you.
For her bday, don't get her something materialistic like jewelry and shit. Get her something like a nice framed picture of you together etc. If she can't appreciate that, she would if she loved you, dump her ass. I think this girl's messing you around dude
