I think the biggest thing with being flirty is teasing, but with the right amount and having limitations. But then I will throw in some compliments and touching. For instance, since we were talking about parties on another thread; I will be playing ruit at a party, choose a hot girl to be my partner (I usually know everyone at the parties I go to so it's not like I don't know the chick), and if I hit the first shit (always 
) and she misses I will joke like "I might have picked the wrong partner" and smirk so she knows I am playing then later once we are kicking ass I will joke like "wow beautiful and knows how to hit her shots, maybe I did pick the right girl" also if we hit the same cup girls usually get excited (since most suck...) so I will give her a hug or high-five. But throughout the game I like to tease mostly and later on make up for it with sweet compliments. Although, that is my natural personality now and I am also always touchy with hugs and just standing close enough while playing that our arms are touching without it looking like I am purposely trying to do that 
. So if you aren't normally teasing girls and shit like that then start off light because you aren't sure of the limits and people won't be used to it. My limits are pretty far since I get called an "ass" all the time haha but it's with smiles and then I make up for it
