im sure most of you have been in one of those moods where you are just having a blast and cocky funny comes natural and everyone just seems to love you. Well heres how i get into that mood: -do not get analytical! this is the biggest mistake. just relax and make it a focus to have fun. let your good emotions come out. logic will cancel out emotion.
-start gaming immediately! even if there are no sets or girls or whatever, get into a social mood and just start talking to everyone. youll notice the more people you have talked to, the better you feel. obviously the best way to do this is to flirt with a bunch of girls because it is emotionally stimulating and instantly gets you into that mood.
-detatch yourself from any outcome. now your goal, say, at a football game is maybe to get a kiss, w/e. thats fine to have that goal, just make sure you know, "if i dont get that kiss, it doesnt matter because im just out here to have a great time."

Just to add to these great pointers, it also helps to listen to some upbeat music before you go out to help get you in that carefree mood.

logic will cancel out emotion. dont you mean emotion will cancel out logic??? Well actually it goes both ways. If you logic brain begins to dominate it will cancel out emotion. If your emotions are dominant it will cancel out logic. I might get more info pretty soon on this idea ofgetting into a good state because I'm gonna listen to RSDs decoding the blueprint progam. Later guys.

What really helps me is to just smile. Ever since I've got my braces off it's been a big confidence boost so I just smile whenever I want to. It doesn't matter if I'm doing work, at football, talking to a girl, a teacher, whatever! ;D

Your body is connected to your mind so when you smile, you feel happier. I like to yell really loud like "yee haw!" or some shit it gets your emotions going:)

Be outcome independent, but still have goals that you are trying to attain.
