Hello everyone.
Ever since i can remember I've been very anxious when socially interacting with people. My mind has this way of creeping these really weird situations in which i do something weird and everything turns awkward. But at the same time this is in my head, so it only affect my outward actions very little but evident. There would just be times where I would stop and wonder if it would be weird to touch someone which would normally be natural for me. I just want to find a way to completely eliminate my awkwardness because it's really messing with my piece of mind because now I'm always in my head and i feel like I'm weird.

Dude I'm exactly the same. It's just your mind fucking with you, you get over it (that's a lie, it gets less frequent and strong) the more you keep at it.

Take long deep breathes, don't judge situations too much, relax your upper body, shoulders, stomach, neck ect., whenever you feel your body getting tense do the above. Another way to thrash anxiety is to attack it straight on

have you ever spent so long getting ready to go out that it starts to fuck with you? spent so long on your hair that you just CANT seem to get it right?
the longer you leave/do something, the more wrong you'll see in it. when you get ready to go out, JUST DO IT, like don't make it a huge deal, make sure you look good but don't cry about it. In the same way when you get anxious about stuff it's cause you've left it so long to do it, JUST DO IT.
