Hey guys, this is sort of off-topic in relation to PU but I'm curious, you guys are all confidant in your own judgment and whatnot... my question is what are your views on immoral stuff such as petty crime like shoplifting, etc.? Where do you draw the line in terms of breaking the law?

I don't steal, but that's just a matter of pride. As for breaking the law, as long as no one innocent gets hurt I don't care. Morals, I don't have many.

Lol I like the way you think Crash. But I have certain morals. For instance my buddy and I take stuff we want from Walmart lol but I would never take from a small business. As for big corporations like Walmart that rip people off all the time I have no regrets takin' what I need. My friend and I are kinda sketch when it comes to this actually, we're in the process of making lockpicks for..stuff... we are trying to find out if there is like a night guy in Walmart after closing hours (ours isn't 24/7 it closes nightly at 10). If not, we're definetly gonna hide and we're going to bring a video camera to record our adventures haha, it'll be fun if it works out.
Also I don't break the law in terms of hurting people, and I don't think I could steal from other people personally.

If you've ever had anything important to you stolen, you wouldn't steal. If you steal things (like Walmart does) then que sera sera. As for drugs/fighting, do it if you're okay with the non-legal consequences.

Personally, i don't feel that the laws should define what is right or wrong for each person. Your parents always told you to make your own decisions right? learn what is right and wrong for yourself? We'll mine did and it makes no difference to me if the corrupt world we live in thinks that it is wrong to do something or not.
As for drugs and hurting people.... I don't hurt anyone, or try not to, but drugs can be fantastic!

Also I don't break the law in terms of hurting people, and I don't think I could steal from other people personally. This bugs me. Stealing is wrong. You can rationalize it however you like, but you're still robbing some worker of 1/10th of a penny. That wouldn't be so bad if only you did it, but there are other people who steal from walmart too. It adds up. I'm not saying the law is always right, Personally, i don't feel that the laws should define what is right or wrong for each person. Your parents always told you to make your own decisions right? learn what is right and wrong for yourself? I like that, and i think a lot of people here will agree. But a lot of people apply this wrong. It isn't an excuse to break the law. You have to think of your own code and hold yourself to it. You have to ask yourself why you will and will not do certain things. If your conscience tells you to break the law, then go for it, but just because you're free of the law doesn't mean you have to go out of your way to disrespect it.

I don't go out of my way to steal things just for the sake of being a rebel or getting some sort of rush, but sometimes I just want something but don't really wanna pay for it... I would never hurt someone or steal from someone directly though. And the occasional things I take from Walmart are usually like 5 dollars or less it isn't doing any harm. This is all my opinion, you all may have different values and opinions on what you think is right or wrong but I know exactly where I stand morally.

to me, stealing is immoral. if youve ever had something stolen from you, youd know why. But as said before, make your own decisions, learn from mistakes and for gods sake, if you film it, do not be stupid enough to put it on youtube =.= youd get busted in like a week, and if you do, do not drop the soap

You're saying you can afford what you're stealing, but you don't pay for it? Even though stealing from Walmart doesn't hurt them at all (it's like throwing a pebble at a mountain), the risk vs. reward isn't favorable. And I don't want to see you getting into unnecessary trouble, dude.
If you do decide to ignore what everyone else is saying here, don't record your "adventures". How many times have I read something where a person got caught for doing something illegal just because they recorded themselves...
