What's up guys...I haven't been on this site in a long time, but I've decided to come back on and post. Last spring and this summer was very hectic and I had zero free time between school and baseball, but now im back. anyways, my game is definitely not where it was last year...I didn't have any opportunities all summer long as I was traveling across the country only playing baseball. Now that school is back and the fall is in gear, I'm looking forward to doing a lot more gaming. Anyways, glad to be back, some of the guys who have been here a while good to talk to all of you again.

Yeah man, I hit a few milestones recently (I know theyre brag reports lol thus they are in my journal not the FR section). You'll pick it back up real quick. Oh and T Nation is awesome! I'm just getting back into the gym again
