Girlfriend wants to make her first time "special"

Soo my gf and I have been together 2 months and have been progressing slowly since she had only 1 bf before and can count how many times they made out on one hand. At this point we've been doing fingering/hand jobs.

She brought up how her sister his a slut for bragging about how she's going to "get it in" haha and said that she wants her first time to be special. I kinda agree since I want her to be happy and would rather my first time be special then be cramped in a bathroom or something lol

But what exactly does it mean when a girl says she wants it to be "special"? I know that she's comftorable with the idea because she'll say something jokingly like "F*** you" and I'll say "not here/now" and she'll be like "Why not?!" I'm just not sure if I should try and make it spontaneous, try oral first with her, or plan it so that nobody is in the house and we can light candles or something. When you have the house to your self, cook her dinner, have some chocolate covered strawberries on standby for dessert. Light some candles, maybe some incense, dress nice, tell her to dress sexy/classy. Then pretty much fuck the shit out of her. Oh and maybe get her flowers or toss some rose petals on the bed. Make sure you tell her beforehand that you have it set up to be special for your guys first time together, so you don't do all that for a lousy handjob
