I thought i should help you guys with a great fitness website. If you already haven't heard about this guy, then you should definetly check this out. Oh shoot, i dont know what happened to the free website. www.youtube.com/user/fitnessvip found the workouts for you. Look at the playlist, there is "how to get six pack abs". its a 16 week program. you have to spend like 40-80 bucks, to buy equipments and you can do everything at home. www.google.ca/search?hl=en&q=iwantsixpackabs.com&btnG=Google+Search&meta=the second one was his website. I tried the 16 weeks abs program and i got a 6 pack within 12 weeks. I will try to find the diet and interval training instructions after school. You got any questions let me know. I may not be a pickup artist but i do have quite a knowledge about fitness. Sunny

I signed up a few weeks back on that website and I get constant emails from it. They actually help alot. However, my sticking point in the pursuit of a six-pack is two parts. 1) My eating habits are decent, but I can do ALOT better. I rarely eat out, I eat 4 meals a day. Mainly rice and some form of meat (blame the arab lifestyle). However, I tend to splurge on things like chips and chocolates often. I dont deny myself them, but I rely on them on those rando nights of just walking around and chillin. 2) I am too bloody lazy to run, especially long distances. I somtimes do high intensity interval training, but not a regular basis. Apparently it helps boost your metabolism, yadda yadda yadda. If I have enough willpower or reason, I can easily overcome this, but for now, fuck that... My concern is with the diet. Anyone know easy ways to eat healthy, nutritious and tasty (important) food? And lets keep in a high school'ers perspective, budget and efficiency-wise TUNA!!!!! or if you get tired of that.....SALMON!!!!! Nine

I take that to school almost everyday for the past month, and its still fucking good! Tuna, Ragu sauce, hot sauce (The real spicy shit), pickled pepper rings, cheese, and you got yourself an awesome sandwich (I also add it to noodles for a change up). I probably have over 10 cans in the kitchen right now =D Salmon...not so much. Be honest with me now, how many calories is that? While it sounds good, I can't see me eating it until after wrestling season. Nine
