It takes very little more time to go to the gym... I'm in university with the goal of med school, I'm on pace for a 4.0, I'm in a frat and I party 2 nights a week. You have time for the gym lol. And my commute to school is 1 hour and 15 minutes each way Canada has frats?

In the end it all comes down to what you want to achieve. If you want to become some bulky ass bodybuilder then of course you cant do that at home with 47 kg. And probably no one working out at home wants to have a bodybuilder body. I find that looking like those people, too bulky, is disgusting and i know for a fact that a lot of girls also think so. So what I and the majority of people who work out at home want, is to get fit and a decent amount of muscle. And you can do that with 47 kg, You cant become bodybuilder with 47 kg but that is not what we want.

I probably cant tell you everything you want to know right now, so afterwards if you have any questions just ask. And if you want to know about which exercises to do and anything about diet (diet to gain weight and muscles, remember i have never been overweight so i would not know how to diet for that) just leave a comment and i will post something. Cuz right now im just handling how to make your own equipment.
