So in wrestling today we just warmed up, techniqued out some stuff (slow mo) and then conditioning. We were supposed to run 5 and then the bus passes would be handed out and we could continue if we felt like it. Well we did ten and the coach goes, "What do you say Nine, I still got two in me." I go, "Hell coach, I got five!" I expected him to say that that was too much or some BS like he's done all season, instead he goes, "Five it is!"
Damn, that was NOT fun. It was, however, a great workout. So there, go run a set of bleachers every now and then to alternate your running and prevent plateauing.

Bleachers... not fun. Did some in xC, they sucked.

Nope, never had one of those, we did have a thing at the beginning of a season where'd they'd lock you in a room with like 5 other schools and you'd all wrestle for like 20min a piece 3 times but that was with 20min breaks and breaks in between the little sparring things. You know we'd do like 20sec to get a takedown or 30sec to get an escape and one guy would always be sitting out. I think I'll mention it to Wilcox, though I doubt I'll like the results. Nine
