We all know when you are working out you have to eat bunches of calories and protein and more. I work out 3 days a week. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I put it on these days bacause im juggling my school work, so dont have time to workout during the week, yes i know it is better to have a rest day or cardio day in between workouts, but whatever.
So my question is: Do i have to eat all those calories and stuff when im resting, as in monday-thursday, or just the days im working out.
