ONLY TWO MONTHS dude you won't get anywhere with that. The first 2 months are the hardest (ive heard) but thats cause you don't see any change. Dude working out is long term. I'm not sure what cheesy's specific goal is...but when I was a fat ass I went to a marine boot camp and lost 15 pounds in 4 weeks. Currently Im cutting a bit more and then i'm going to start bulking. I was 5ft 8inches and 205 lbs on June 30th. Now...in October, I'm 175lbs 5ft 10inches. My Lean body mass is 165. 10 more to go. It's about how motivated you are and how much you want it. Tabata Burpees, worst 5 minutes of your life, best cardio.

I motivate myself when I work out by getting some good heavy metal music together (Judas Priest and Pantera for instance), and blast it on my iHome to feel like a badass and get that adrenaline going. Then I think about the potential benefits fitness can have for me and how it will be easier to game girls with a better body. Works pretty well for me.

You get the most results in the first two months because your body isn't use to it so it adapts super fast. Then it realises it doesn't have to adapt so fast and slows.
Do pullups. Lots of pullups. Screw curls and flies and other isolation lifts, focus on your compounds like pullups, pseudo planche pushups, squats and deads.

What if you're not strong enough for pull ups right away? I cant even do two consecutive pull-ups .-.

You're definitely going to need to to a lot of cardio. That's where abs come from. No need to join a gym or anything either. I have a YMCA membership but never even go. Just a mat and some 20 pound dumbbells and you're good to go.
Oh and if you can't stay motivated, join a team. (Track, cross country, marathon training) because then you'll have to run.

I call bull on both of your points. I've been down to 7% body fat without abs when i didn't flex. You need to do ab exercises to have abs when you don't flex. Obviously you need a low body fat percentage, but that's not gonna come from running, but rather from eating right (often less). Getting a mat and 20 pound dumbells... why? No. Im sure it doesn't even work for you either. Firstly, a mat? That's like using a pussypad when you squat. Secondly, 20 pounds?? Are you going to be doing bicep curls all day? Thirdly, you will have nothing to progress to, which is the ONE vital thing; increasing resistance. Even if you find 20 pounds heavy, you will not grow muscle from those weights for more than 2-3 weeks if you eat correctly. Hit the gym, do compounds, eat big.

I'm on here from an app so I can't quote you dj but I'll just respond here.
Everyone's got abs. You just need to burn fat to show them. How do you burn fat? Cardio. I never said that that's the only thing he had to do, but it's where you start... and if you have any idea what your saying, you know that's true.
As far as the dumbells, I use then for elevated pushups and yes, bicep curls as well. I don't know how strong this guy is. Maybe he can handle more, I don't know. My point isn't the numbers, it's the simplicity.
Bear in mind, cheesy said he didn't want to do reps and mainly wanted to lose weight. You could do hundreds and hundreds of sit ups and you will still not have abs without cardio.

Bagel, youre spitting nonsense. Best way to burn calories? Compound lifts not cardio. To get abs is a matter of diet really. You don't start with cardio to get abs, so actually if knew anything you'd know what you said isn't true. Elevated pushups and bicep curls? Yea you're not going to build any muscle with that.

Cheesy is a troll, Im just giving general advice to whoever reads this thread.
I agree, cardio burns fat, but its nothing compared to diet.
I do not have anything against your dumbbells. However, Im saying that you need to lift progressively heavier for almost every workout if you want to gain muscle effectively. So increasing with 5-20 pounds per workout is realistic. Your muscles won't have a problem lifting those dumbbells in a few weeks if you eat and work out properly.
You are right, sit ups SUCK. That's why you do proper ab exercises that work, such as HLRs, ab wheels, myotatic crunches, and so forth. They work like other muscles, thus 100s of reps will do nothing. Exhaustion within 15. Focus on time under pressure.
