here is a list of some good movies to learn from the movies of the main characters in them, and you can get a good look at how an alpha acts around others. - The Mask ( his character is very alpha like and it shows the change from being boring guy to crazy romantic alpha boss)
- 17 again (great clothing style, and natural character to follow)
- Yes man(Jim Carrey really plays a role in many helping movies, because he is a fucking maniac!)
- Bruce Almighty (Jim Carrey is self explanatory, but other than that, take note on how he acts like a boss when he knows his power in the movie)
- American Pie movies(notice how they don't get laid when they try to get laid, and finally get laid when they have fun and don't try, also take note of AFC and alpha character while watching them)
- Hitch (Hitch is a fucking suave boss and you should definitely watch it!)
- School for Scoundrels( notice the AFC and alpha behavior, very good stuff)
- Limitless( Bradley Cooper Is a natural at its finest, you willl know what i mean when you watch it)
- Never Back Down( great pump up movie if you like doing exercise, notice the dudes character and how he takes shit from no one!)

Undisputed series. best fight movies that pump you up. not so much pua examples but after i watched them i went into a workout frenzy and got my act together like a man after some AFC moments and self-discouragement

Crazy Stupid Love this movie is the best movie of inspirational movie. I like this movie very much. The story of this movie is so amazing this movie is one of my favorite movie.

Seeing as this thread gets periodically necro'd already, I'll post.
May not seem like that type of movie, but I REALLY enjoyed the new Footloose. Main character Ren is definitely a bad ass who doesn't give a fuck when he moves into his new school. His style is super simple, but makes sense for high school situations, opposed to the fancy suits a lot of characters wear when they go out. Overall thought the movie was awesome, with Ren as a super motivational protagonist.
