Yeah the thing is They are not foreign, I am. And yes you are right i have never tried to approach these local girls. And for a beginner like myself (1 approach completed) I think it would be better to first approach girls that speak my language. And when i get better at this, then i can try approaching the local girls. I believe approaching the local girls who dont speak my language would make it MUCH harder than it already is for me. Practice with my language -> i get better faster -> I can approach who i want no matter what language.
Practice with language i dont speak -> I improve at a slower rate -> me unhappy

This island is probably 70% black (people). And for some reason the local guys over here Really like fat black chicks with layers of fat. And yep, a lot of the local women here are like that.
