Hi guys ,
so I decided to weigh more than now. I'm 180cm high but just 70kgs weight. My plan is that first week I will eat less ,next week I will eat fucking masses of food unregularly ,next week again less,next week again masses. I was before thaibox just 61 kgs weight,then I had accident with lungs and I was in hospital not eating so much food.After hospital when I was at home and I started to eat a lot I have gained 8-9 kgs in just less than month .So I think this is the right way to gain weight. What do you think about this? Im going to post reports about that.
