I hate Facebook, Skype, texting, email, IMing, telephones (phones only partially), and all other electronic communications. I hate them SO much. Because there is only two benefit of such things to men.
You can be sure the girl will get the message, and organizing an event can be faster.
beyond that they are fucking terrible. If I had my way I would only allow pagers and home phones to exist for dating.
All these forms of communication do help being a girl though. If your a woman, an attractive one, then you will always be communicated with, your ego always stroked, and a thousand distractions available right at your manicured fingertips.
FUCK THAT SHIT.
This is not because I'm bad at any of the above. I wrote a goddamn article on texting. Its for a few reasons:
a. its boring. Its a conversation between you and a woman without physical contact. Unless she is a brilliant orator or very funny it is unlikely the conversations will be very fun. Txting sometimes breaks up the day, but I'm nor bored enough to be excited by a txt or a FB chat
b. girls flake. It sucks. She stops txting you,stops recognizing you exist. Back in the day girls rarely if ever flaked. You got her number, it meant something. Now, numbers are close to useless.
c. Its instant. This is a tricky one, excuse it is helpful to get ahold of someone on a moments notice, but in reality, you don't ahold of someone for a day or two, and everything is fine. As a guy I like being able to just go off and do my own thing without some girl needing me to talk to her every 5 minutes.
So what do you guys think? Do you like having all this communication at your finger tips?
