freezeout... help

ok first some background...

Theres this HB9 that i really liked like a year ago and we were good friends but i told her I was into her(before I started learning about PU) and she gave me LJBF. so like 6 months pass and I start going out with different girl and literally 2 weeks into our relationship the HB9 has some long heart to heart with me about how she has feelings for me now(at this point she didn't know I had a gf) and wants to see where our relationship can go. an I tell her her timing couldn't be worse cuz I Have a gf.

6 months later (now) me and my gf are broken up and I wanna get with the HB9 finally and she's totally my oneitis. Problem is... she's moved on. Im hooking up with 2 other girls right now so she's not my only option and I wanna freeze her out and see if I can't get her to want me again. just wondering...

-how long to freeze out
-If I reinitiate contact at the end or wait for her to do it
-how to act towards her if we run into each other or happen to talk

there's no golden rule with 'freeze outs'. you can wait as long or little as you want.
the same can be said with your second point, it doesnt matter who talks to who first in my experience.
and as for the third, just act like normal, dont 'freeze her out', just have a talk with her, show her you're still the fun guy she liked (dont come across as needy or desperate though) .

the fact she liked you at one point helps, the fire of attraction is always easier to re light than to start from scratch.

BUT. i dont like the fact she's your oneitis. the best way to rid yourself of it is to move on, and if you dont...you can get yourself stuck in a depressing hole of awful. i've seen it happen to many guys first hand, its not a good look or way to lead your life

I wouldn't do it. Unless you're a really good actor/pretender/fake, this shit don't work unless you genuinely don't give a fuck. I've done this most the time, and the girl came back - but i really didn't give a fuck if she did or didn't.

I'd try something different if I was you.
