hey fellow PUA's I'm a senior. Boston. I've been in the game for a few months. I've done a ton of reading and I know my stuff- very little implementation yet. I have anxiety over not knowing what to do. I'm nervous that at some point in the pick up, I won't know what to do. It is totally irrational. But that's my problem, and its preventing me from gaming. Any tips?

hey man, welcome to the forum! if you want to post a more detailed thread, feel free to post at the "sticking points" thread. other than that, just learn more about the game, get used to setting goals and knowing exactly what you have to do to achieve those goals, and becoming confident of your actions.

Yeah dude, don't worry about "what to do" or "what to say" so much. Just get out of your head and have fun man.

Hey man welcome Yea Chris and Grape are right, but I think the only way to get rid of your fears are to just go out and try it. What's the worst that'll happen? They say no? It happens to everyone. Good Luck man -Luc

Welcome.
A great training technique is to approach a set, open, and then try to sabotage yourself. Say something stupid, or try to create awkward silences. Pretty soon you'll find stuff coming to you easily.
Again, welcome to the community.
