I didn't feel this was worth making a topic for, so... If you're interested in a girl (or a few I guess =p), is it worth friending her on facebook for the small chance that you may get some attraction going over it, or is it better to see if she friends you, as an indicator to see if you're doin' it right? Anyone? =p |

I've done a little reading in this area, but I am in no way an expert. But here is my take on things, based partially on my experience. Here's the good news: It works and you can start today. Here's the bad news: Use it too aggressively, or try to "plow" on facebook and 9/10, you're labeled a creep and blocked. Let's get into the process: If she adds you, or you're just noticing her on your friends list, 1. Send her "Do I know you?" 2. wait to reply (wanna make it look like you do more in your life than just stalk girls on facebook ;D ) 3. Make it seem like you're a friendly person. She'll say something like "Not really, but I'm the friend of XYZ" your reply should be "XYZ? hahah she's a pretty cool person, I think I might just keep you  " (Wanna make her work for you). her reply would be something like "Thanks, I was counting on it " and fire a text opener at her a few days later on fb, and engage the target, try to setup a meet and k close. should be pretty solid. Just remember, DO NOT APPEAR DESPERATE, it will backfire, especially on social networking sites and the such. If she isn't on your friend's list and you want to add her, 1. Poke her, yes poke her on facebook. (we'll use this later.) 2. Keep poking her for about a day or two, imo. 3. send her "Nice poke skills you got there  " 4. Work ya magic. Again, try at your own risk, but it seems to work fairly well for me. I hope it helped! |

Maybe it's an age thing, but that poke thing was so creepy it made ME cringe thinking about ME using it.
and explaining that 'yeah say do i know you be friendly, don't be desperate, then talk to her and set up a meeting a k close' isn't a routine.

hahah I realize it's not a routine but then again, I never said I was an expert, and I needed a noun there.

I can see maybe freshmen doing the poke thing and such.
Honestly, i think sometimes some of the shit people post here works for them because they aren't after very hot girls, and it really doesnt take much but opening your mouth up and having a conversation to get those ugly/mediocre girls, but the guy is experiencing success for the first time so it seems to work really well and with all girls.
Hopefully that made sense and maybe it's just me.

true, also very young girls (some gusy on the site are young) are very naive and easy. And yea sure any questions on college just holla, just i think you're better off asking someone else as in England it's probably different.

Also poking someone you don't know and arent even friends on Facebook with is beyond creepy. Alot of people also think it's weird /creepy when you add them and say something along the lines of "I'm trying to make new friends", I see people do that every so often and I laugh a little. Don't be that guy. In my opinion the only way to make Facebook game work in highschool is if you are actually a person with value and it is apparent from your profile / pictures / comments. Haha people aren't that dumb. If you see a girl you like add her and I.m. her at some point or she might even message you first (good sign) have a conversation, get number, text. Side note if it is someone you see in school and you say nothing to her when you both see eachother you are killing your chances. |
