I want to take things tothe next level with this girl. Started as just friends but weve been talking alot more and ive been flirting with her alittle but she seems pretty flirty in general so im not really sure if shes into me or what. Ive been out with her once and were going out again soon, probaly the movies, and i want to know how i could escalate and go for a kiss? I think she likes me but if shes just flirty in general how can i be sure?

You're never entirely sure.
Just go for it and see what happens you'll find more often that not that it works out fine, woman are actually really simple creatures when you get down to it (same with men)
Movies are a good place to just put your arm over her and cuddle, the rest should be easy just remember to work off the emotional ping soon after you guys are cuddling, because that's when she is thinking of kissing you the most.

the best line to use, because lets be honest the only real problem here is that your scared of her rejecting your kiss close attempt, is:
Do you want to kiss me?
She says yes: kiss her
She says maybe: kiss her
She says no: say 'i didnt say you could i asked if you wanted to, i'm not that easy' or something like that.
Now stop asking indirect questions and accept that all that's wrong is your fear
