I used to take pre workout sups but i stopped cause they honestly dont do much but get you more in the mood to lift, sort of a waste of money in my opinion since clearly, if your on this forum, you have some motivation and drive to get shit done.

The pre workout powders have creation already but I would add this because it's not much. And this protein is the best bang for your buck, 90% of it is protein and it tastes good.
