Deadlift? You forgot the curl, how could you forget the curl. Ill be maxing out on the big three this coming Monday, so I shall post up my maxes then. Btw were those squats atg 335 on Deadlift this year. Lol, if it ain't about explosiveness don't talk to me about it =P In actuality I'm a big fan of isometrics. Also, atg? Nine

Yea I was doing squats today and coach was all, "Goddammit don't go down so quick, you're not wearing knee braces for Christ's sake!!!!"
Ugh, I hate sets of 10.

Wow nine impressive numbers I lifted consistently last year during offseason football but then gave it up for a couple of months. I'm back at it now but haven't maxed. Ill post up my puny stats when i get em lol
