So we maxed out today for our start off maxes. No ones really been lifting during the season, and I've only lifted maybe 6-7 times since school started. For comparison:
Old numbers (May): Squat: 395 Bench: 210 Power Cleans: 175
New numbers: Squat: 325 Bench: 215 Power Cleans: 175
I was surprised my bench increased seeing as how I haven't really benched since may. Maybe done it 10 times total, and those were all sets of 10. Also my power cleans remaining the same was a nice surprise, since I haven't done them at all since May. My squat, however, broke my heart. A 70lbs drop! God this sets me back on my plan for 655 by the end of junior year.
What are your guys' most recent numbers?

Did yesterday. First time in about a month.
Embarassing.
My squat's below 300, my bench is barely over 100.
I was hesitant about putting them up because you could clearly wipe the floor with me.

Lol, hey one of the guys who regularly kicks my ass in wrestling only benched like 175 and squatted 260, so muscle isn't everything.

That's some of the stupidest stuff you can do. No long term benefit, minimal short-term. Try growing some balls and working harder Meh, I weigh 90, bench 80.

Have you researched creatine? What it does is it helps your muslces have more ATP, meaning it takes longer to switch to the aerobic cycle, so you can do more reps w/ the same amount of weight. Therefore, your workouts do more damage to your muscles, meaning they grow back stronger than they normally would. Oh and if you mean that you'll lose those muscles coming off it, no you won't, you'll keep em if you keep lifting. As for the others, I have no knowledge with them. Creatine though, take a lot of water and make sure you're not looking to cut fat, some studies indicate it's harder to lose fat while on it. That's ok though, because once you come off it and you keep working out all that muscle is going to have your metabolism sky high, and yall know that muscle burns fat. Oh and when you come off it, it's a bitch, you're really tired for like a week. Worked good for me last year though. Nine

After research, I realized Creatine isn't a steroid, and as such, recant my earlier statement. However, do drink plenty of water with it.

Ah yea, steriods will fuck you up, don't use 'em. Not to mention, piss testing positive will kill any future you have in sports at this level, trash your rep with guys, and the girls will start wondering how small your balls shrunk. Oh, and they'll kill you. Seriously don't touch them.
